Ivana is currently pursuing a PhD in criminology and holds three diplomas from recognized schools of systemic constellations according to Bert Hellinger. Her original mission is to continue, deepen and expand the work of systemic constellations.

The universal force that drives women forward has led to her daily work with female entrepreneurs, team leaders, employees, mothers, sisters and wives. For women who face everyday challenges brought by various business events, a drops in energy within teams, and of course - money challenges, she brings them real and lasting solutions by redefining the consequences of business activities, setting a stable hierarchy of all life positions and balancing giving and receiving within various systems.
